Chart Administrator Response
Billboard and the Official Charts Company both acknowledged the proposal and indicated they are reviewing it. Billboard stated it “takes seriously the integrity of its charts” and is “evaluating the proposal’s feasibility and implications.”
The proposal faces several challenges:
